Private Label

Sampling and Product Development

Your very own custom collection begins with sampling. With each private label order, you will receive a sample before we start full production. We will not begin production until you have approved your sample. If you would like to use the fits of one of our existing styles then there is no charge on pattern development. If you would like to customize your fit and sizing specifications, then we request that you provide a prototype or a specification sheet. The specification sheet provides important details to ensure the correct execution of your patterns into finished garments. The cost of developing and grading a custom pattern is $200 per style. The cost of the sample itself will be determined after reviewing the prototype or specification sheet and be based on fabric consumption and labour. Please note that Vivento is not a general contractor and will only produce styles that require basic sewing construction.

Turnaround Time and Payment

We measure our turnaround time in days and weeks, not months. You will typically receive your sample 7-10 business days after placing your order, and your complete order 4-6 weeks after approving your sample. For larger orders, production can take up to 12 weeks.

To begin production we require full payment of the sample prior to its construction. Once the sample is approved, we require a 50% deposit on the complete custom order and the remaining 50% is due on delivery.

Minimum Order Size

When placing a custom, private label order, if the style is drawing from an in-stock fabric and colour, the minimum will be 120 units per style, per colour. The lowest minimums in the industry.

Printing/Decoration

Vivento only provides it's own garments, but we do have a network of screenprinters and embroidery specialists that can assist in decorating your garment to your exact specifications. After producing your collection, we can ship the garments to you or any garment decorator you chose. Please contact us for the contact details of a preferred decorator.
